Our collaborative outreach serves the community through dedicated ministry within hospitals and nursing homes, providing spiritual support to the infirm and elderly. Every participating ministry, organization, or institution retains its own legal identity, governance, leadership, property, finances, personnel, programs, and operational responsibilities.
This network serves as a spiritual and relational alliance, not a corporate merger. Participation does not create an employment relationship, agency, joint venture, legal partnership, franchise, or any relationship in which TGTU assumes ownership, management, or legal responsibility for the activities, personnel, or finances of another ministry, business, or school. No participating member is authorized to act as an agent of, bind, obligate, or contract on behalf of TGTU without express prior written authorization.
Each ministry, business, and school remains solely responsible for its own conduct, leadership, volunteers, facilities, legal compliance, insurance, and activities, except where specific duties are defined in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives. Within these clear boundaries, we stand together in faith and purpose—so that every partner can flourish in their unique calling while we advance the Kingdom of God side by side.

TGTU INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
Join Apostle Sean Mercier and guest instructors for a comprehensive 26-week ministerial training course. Classes are held virtually via Zoom every Monday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST.
Curriculum: Gain a deep biblical foundation through studies in Christian Doctrine, Salvation, the Holy Spirit, Prayer, Prophetic Ministry, Healing & Deliverance, Leadership, Discipleship, Ministry Ethics, and Church Administration.
Attendance Policy: Consistent participation is vital. Graduation requires mandatory attendance, with a maximum limit of four absences permitted. Arriving more than 30 minutes late constitutes an absence.
Media Notice: Sessions are recorded and may be livestreamed to official ministry platforms. Students preferring privacy should remain off-camera.
Course Requirements: Students must submit all weekly assignments, tests, and projects by the deadlines. Successful completion of four recorded video sermons is also required for graduation.
Professional Standards: We expect respectful, disciplined engagement. Participation follows a collaborative format with focused responses.
Certification & Ordination: A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all program mandates. Please note that licensing or ordination is not automatic; it requires specific leadership vetting and formal approval.

Qualified individuals may formally request a TGTU minister to provide professional officiation for (1) sacred wedding ceremonies held at your church or designated service location, and (2) solemn funeral services for the interment of loved ones. Anel Ragoobar has been serving Jesus faithfully from a young age and answered the call to ministry at the age of 16, remaining committed to the work of God ever since. Passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in the world, he is devoted to serving others through ministry, guidance, and compassion.
Professionally, Prophet Anel Ragoobar serves as a teacher and is zealous in fulfilling the will of God through both education and ministry. He was prophetically affirmed in November 2025 under the leadership of Apostle Mervyn Pooran of Holy Ghost Fire Ministries, Trinidad and Tobago.
He faithfully serves under the spiritual covering and leadership of Apostle Mervyn Pooran and Pastor Adrian Thackurie, continuing to pursue the call of God with dedication, humility, and passion for advancing the Kingdom of God.

Our mission encompasses evangelism, prison ministry, and hospital and nursing home visitations, alongside vital partnerships with local schools, hospitals, nursing homes, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to provide compassionate support for individuals and families. By combining faithful outreach, compassionate service, and strategic partnerships, we seek to transform hurting lives and strengthen our entire community. All contributions and volunteer service help fuel our essential relief missions, neighborhood assistance programs, hospital and nursing home outreach, and global evangelism. Through sound doctrine, intentional discipleship, and teaching grounded in the Holy Bible, we help people grow in faith, clarity, and purpose.
Founded by Apostle Sean Merceir, TGTU Ministries began with humble beginnings—sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through a podcast recorded in his mother’s kitchen. By God’s grace, what started as a small act of obedience has grown into an international spiritual family, united in faith and committed to helping others experience lasting, life-changing breakthroughs.
Together, Apostle Sean Merceir and Apostle Mervyn Pooran founded The Altar of Glory Reformation—a Kingdom collaboration between the USA and Trinidad & Tobago—focused on equipping, training, and raising leaders and supporting other ministries for the Kingdom of God.
